The streaking you may observe, particularly on surfaces such as clear plastics or glass, is caused by the commonly used, safe detergents in Prevention Disinfectants.
The active ingredient in Prevention is hydrogen peroxide. Once Prevention dries on a surface, the hydrogen peroxide evaporates into oxygen and water, leaving no active ingredient behind on the surface. What is left behind and possibly leaving streaks are the detergents, similar to household dish soap. If desired, wipe the surface with a damp, clean cloth after the contact time is met. This will help remove any remaining detergents on certain surfaces and equipment.
